WAREHOUSE AND STORAGE
Global Fashion Service is capable of attending to all your requirements from general merchandise to goods on hanger at our 38,000 sqm clean and secure warehouse.
Daily activity can range across the site from 50,000 handling units in low season with the capability to scale up our workforce in peak to cater for additional volumes. As in retail, a seven day week is worked as required to meet volatile demands of the retail industry.
ECOMMERCE FULFILLMENT
We manage online orders with fast turn around and tight deadlines that meets market demands. Our warehouse management system is capable of handling accurate pick and pack with same day or priority shipping with timely data flows for customer visibility.
GOODS ON HANGER
We have extensive goods on hangers capabilities where we can unload and store hanging containers or convert flat pack to hanging. Combined with value added services we can make your products floor ready. Pending your requirements, we can dispatch in hanging bags or cartons.
VALUE ADDED SERVICES
We offer an array of services inclusive of attach swing ticket, apply item barcode, pressing, security tags, garment adjustments and steam/finishing tunnel. This allows you to bring in products from abroad in flat pack and/or hanging with agreed activity can make it floor ready for your clients.
STORE REPLENISHMENT
Servicing daily picks for stores to get best selling lines back to the shop floor via unit pick or cross dock. We currently service clients from 500 SKU width to over 10,000. Picks can be structured to be daily or weekly depending on your service needs.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Our in house warehouse management system is flexible and bespoke. As we receive your products, data flows can be immediate or overnight to keep your system integrated to ensure accuracy occurs. Daily movements of stock are altered from stock on hand as per your direction to ensure accuracy is maintained. Further to this daily activity, stocktake and cycle counts can be done as per your requirements to maintain accuracy ongoing.
ASN SCAN PACKING
We can supply scan packed cartons or bags that are ASN or EDI compliant enabling deliveries into major retail outlets such as Myer, David Jones and Iconic.
CROSS DOCK CARTON
Receive inbound cartons and dispatch same day. Build cartons to meet specifications for same day dispatch. Alternatively, we can hold back for new stores or store in our secure warehouse facility for launch dates at a later stage.
UNLOAD CONTAINERS
We can unload full and half containers on hanging rails or by carton. Our experienced team members are monitored for safety and carefully devan in a speedy manner.
RETURNS
We can accept eCommerce or store returns and conduct quality assurance checks with systemic receipts. Upon direction we can structure the review to include your products needs and judge non-sale or hold in quarantine pending your requirements.
